as of august 3, 2020 we are open to provide health care for a limited number of patients both in-person and remotely.  more appointments will be available after august 17, 2020. as our appointment slots are limited, physical exam appointments will be restricted to those students who have the student health insurance or no other insurance until further notice.  please call our offices at 216-687-3649 for more information.

we will be prioritizing seeing those students or employees who are taking classes or working on campus who:

  1. Might have COVID symptoms and need COVID testing.  Please quarantine yourself until we see you, you get tested AND are cleared by our medical staff.
  2. Have been notified that they are a direct contact of someone who has COVID and needs testing.  Please maintain your quarantine until we test you, you get your test results back, and our medical staff have cleared you.
  3. Have the Student Health Insurance, no insurance, live in the Residence Halls, or are health care or education students needing things for their programs​​​​​​​. ​​​​​​​
  4. COVID testing is available at CSU only by appointment.  Please call our offices at 216-687-3649 to complete a health screening to schedule an appointment.  We will make your appointment if it's medically appropriate and give you further instructions.

At Health and Wellness Services your health and safety are our priority. If you need medical assistance during our closed hours please call the Teledoc line at 855-281-6556 or visit an urgent care or minute clinic center for non-emergency situations. Located in the Center for Innovations in Medical Professions, 2112 Euclid Avenue, Room 205, CSU Health & Wellness Services is a high quality medical facility committed to serving the medical needs of the CSU community. Staffed by certified nurse practitioners and doctors, it offers a wide variety of services including primary and same day care, health counseling, limited in-house pharmacy and lab services, shots and immunizations, and more. Refer to the links on the right hand side of this page for more information.

体育网上投注medical care is available to csu students, staff and faculty by appointment. there is no charge for most visits. we can bill most insurances. there are no co-pay or co-insurance charges. however, a minimal charge may be assessed for medications. if your insurance doesn’t cover a test we did “in house”, a vaccine given for a trip, or any part of the visit cost, then we will contact you & bill your student account at the very low self-pay rate. if you have no insurance or one we can’t bill, a $5 office visit charge and other minimal charges may be assessed for medications, shots, lab tests and physical exams. for those students who have the student health insurance, there is 100% coverage in the health center and only a $5 co-pay for any generic medication dispensed. to schedule an appointment call 216.687.3649.
